Editorial Policy

Chayantra guides exist to help aspirants read official exam notices accurately and prepare for the pattern they will actually face. Every fact we publish must be traceable to an official source.

Who writes our guides

Exam guides and articles are written and reviewed by the Chayantra editorial team and published as "Chayantra Editorial". Where an article draws on a named expert, we credit that person on the article.

Sources we use

  • Official notices, corrigenda and schedules from the conducting body, such as the Staff Selection Commission (ssc.gov.in) and the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (ibps.in).
  • We link to every official document a guide relies on, and cite page numbers where a notice is long.
  • We do not publish vacancy numbers, dates or cut-offs that we cannot trace to an official source.

Dates and updates

Each exam guide shows the date its facts were last checked against the official sources. When a conducting body issues a corrigendum or a new schedule, we update the guide and its checked date. Where official information is tentative, we say so.

Official notices take precedence

Our guides summarise notices for preparation. They are not eligibility decisions. Always read the official notice and any later corrigendum before applying; if a guide and an official document differ, the official document is correct.

Independence

Chayantra is an independent preparation platform. We are not affiliated with SSC, IBPS, any recruitment board or any bank, and we make no guarantee of selection. Our practice papers are similar to, but are not, official question papers.

Corrections

If you find an error, email hello@chayantra.com with the page and the official source. We review every report and correct confirmed errors promptly.
