How to use this worksheet
- After an attempt, review wrong, skipped and uncertain-correct answers. Record a question reference rather than copying private question text.
- Choose a cause: concept, reading, calculation, speed, question choice or guessing. Write the correction in your own words and test it on a fresh question.
- Set a review date. Mark whether you could explain and solve the fresh question independently. Where only an answer key is supplied, check uncertain reasoning with a trusted explanation.
